Healing Hands
From what i've heard the boss that gives this Rull Browbeater from Perdtion Rock, but i've cleard the place 7 times or so and i didin't find him.
Is there another boss that has this skill ? if not what kind of monster is Rull ? (mursaat, hydra, phantom,etc) and is there a place where he regularly spawns ? |

He is a Ettin. Hes always been by the murrsaat tower either 2 left of the tower in a little corner or past the tower in a cirlce almost surronded by lava. with some hydras and windriders.
